What are your standard delivery times and costs?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days and is free on orders over £70. For orders under £70, a flat rate of £3.95 applies. Next-day delivery options are also available if ordered before 8 PM.
How do I return an item if it's not suitable?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. You can return items via post using our online portal or bring them to any GO Outdoors store for a free exchange or refund.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes, our Price Promise ensures you get the best deal. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, we will not only match the price but beat it by 10% for Member's Card holders.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, and Klarna for flexible financing. You can also pay using GO Outdoors gift cards both online and in-store.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our technical gear and footwear comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Specific premium brands may offer extended warranties, which will be noted on the product page.
