Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and securely seal the parcel.
Drop Off or Collect
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or local GO Outdoors retail store, or schedule a courier collection through our portal.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
